Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through websites and products owned and operated by GROWTINC LLC. Where an individual product in our portfolio publishes its own refund terms, those terms apply in addition to this policy for purchases made on that product's platform.

2. Subscription Services

For recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual memberships), you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or otherwise stated at checkout. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate charge;
• A paid product or service was materially not delivered as described;
• You request cancellation within the applicable refund window stated at the time of purchase, where one is offered.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law:

• Partial use of a subscription period;
• One-time services or digital deliverables already accessed, downloaded, or fully rendered (e.g. completed consultations, delivered documents, or accessed premium content);
• Fees for third-party services processed through our platforms (e.g. payment processor fees).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@growtinc.com with your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5–7 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement after approval.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
